Don’t Panic! We’re here to help!
If your order was placed as a Payment Plan, your tickets will not become visible in your User Portal until your final installment has been paid. Once your payment plan has been completed, your User Portal will automatically populate with your appropriate credentials which you can then view, transfer, or claim before you arrive at the farm.
