Once you've successfully placed your ticket order, you can access your electronic ticket at any time via the online User Portal.
- Use the email address associated with your order
- Click the "Reset Password" button if it's your first time logging in. Please double-check your spam, junk and promotions folders for your reset link. If you have more than one reset link available, please select the most recent one for use.
In the portal, you can view your order, update your mailing address, transfer tickets and packages, and download/print your ticket closer to the festival.
If you have paid for your GA ticket and/or ShambhaLodging via a Payment Plan, your ticket will not be released in the portal until the final installment is paid and verified by our sales team.
